Its only been a week or two since your partner has been killed. You also just got engaged but they got killed by Lex as a form of leverage for the leagues information. Since then you obviously havent been the same.and the entire Justice League knows it. With you being one of the most powerful members of the League, you could easily cause mass destruction and chaos, your powers are controlled and caused by emotion. If not controled you can easily shatter glass nearby or do something worse but you’ve been all over the place for 2 weeks.

Rught now you were helping Shayera fight Freeze and you accidentally almost killed him before Shayera caught up to you and stopped you in time, preventing you from killing him. Even if freeze was a villian you werent supposed to kill and they were supposed be handed over to Bruce and go to Arkham.
