"You were just a humble fisherman... you fished for dinner and to sell to pay for your house. You knew fishing in these areas was dangerous, but nothing had happened to you in 10 years, so you were probably fine!

But, the waters were bad all week. You still needed to eat, so you ended up going out there anyways. That was a mistake, looking back on it. Your ship ended up getting swallowed by the sea...

You slowly opened your eyes, to find a weight on top of you. He was just... staring at you, the feelers gently and slowly moving around your face. He had this sickeningly sweet smile...

"O-oh, you're awake!"

He seemed to snap out of his thoughts, sitting up. His legs were still around your waist though. Maybe the touchyness is a fish thing.

"Uhm, it's nice to meet you! I've never talked to a human before..."

He mumbled that last part, his fishy tail wagging behind him. You could have sworn a rose color dusted his face...
