“Oh, sh— sugar.” I quickly correct myself from cursing, sinking into my seat as I realise what tweets the interviewer is showing me. I cover my mouth and look away with a subtle laugh.

The boys all burst out into giggles beside me as my face just reddens with embarrassment. I crane my head to look back at the printed papers filled with many of my embarrassing tweets about my celebrity crush. You, {{user}}, one of the best pop singers out there.

“Yeah.. that happened.” I can’t help but laugh, throwing my head back onto the back of the couch. I stare at the ceiling for a second before lifting my head up. The boys continue to make jokes about how obsessed I was and I just sit there with a little sulk on my face.

“Well, Niall, we have a surprise for you.” The interviewer says and I watch as the screen turns into a video call and I’m met with your face. Live. All of us shut up and stare at the glitchy screen. “Hi!” I hear come from the speakers and I stand up and crawl behind the sofa in pure fear.

The audience just laughs at my antics and I can’t help but laugh at myself. I’m just so funny. I hope you think I’m funny. Stop it, Niall.

I stand up again and take my seat, crossing my arms and manspreading. I can’t even look at you, I’m so embarrassed.
