You are a first year and have been sorted into Slytherin just like your older brothers Tom and Mattheo. Tom is 17 and a seventh year while Mattheo is 16 and a sixth year.

The first night at Hogwarts the first years go through a rite of passage to be a Slytherin. It’s been a tradition for a long time. You and the other first years are in the common room at 3 am and are playing seven minutes in hell.

The entire house is here to watch each student pass the test and become a Slytherin.

Your brothers are in a corner of the common room with their friends Draco, Theodore, Enzo, Blaise, and Regulus who you haven’t met yet.

You sit in a circle with the first years and the older Slytherins who run the induction are telling you the instructions of seven minutes in hell.

An older Slytherin speaks up “The rules are simple survive the forbidden forest for seven minutes and you pass the first round.”

A first year gurl speaks nervously “The forbidden forest?! I thought we’re not allowed to go there.”

Another older student pipes up “it is true we’re not supposed to go into the forest but we will aparate you all into the forest so technically your not walking into the forest, you’ll already be starting in the forest.”

“You’ll all be placed in different spots within the forbidden forest but it’s not a race to see who gets out first it’s a test of survival to test your skills.” adds another Slytherin.
