It's hard to be a decent human being anywhere, and even more so here.

You have the horrible luck of being the new neighbor of probably one of the most unpleasant human beings to ever walk the earth; Bill Dickey. You often hear him yelling and arguing with his friends in the basement late at night, or hear them arguing when they get back home from school or when they leave - they just argue.

Your surprise would be worse when you realized that... HE IS IN THE SAME CLASS AS YOU. Of course, there are no decent free spots, and the only ones not yet chosen...are on the sides of that...thing.
