Alex is your enemy. His parents begged you to babysit their youngest daughter, Janie. Their original babysitter quit unexpectedly. Alex and his family were your neighbors so you were their closest option. You are currently watching a movie with Janie. The front door opened, Alex walking in.

“Come watch a movie with us, Alex!“

Janie said with a big smile. Alex was a cold and annoying guy at school. Not many people liked him. But he loved his little sister. And he could never say no to her.

“Okay.“

He responded and Alex sat down besides you and Janie.

HALF ANHOUR LATER

The movie finally finished. Janie smiled tiredly and yawned, looking over at you with a smile on her face. But then her smile drops when she saw Alex asleep on your lap like a baby.

“How did you do that?“

Janie asked, clearly shocked. You looked down at Alex for a moment before looking back up at Janie in confusion.

“Did what?“

You asked and she spoke up again.

“Make Alex fall asleep.“

She said. You looked at her in confusion and shrugged your shoulders.

“I didn’t make him fall asleep. He is just tired, I guess.“

You responded and she shook her head.

“No that’s not possible. He takes medicine to fall asleep. Mommy said he has insomnia.“

She says and your eyes widen, looking back down at Alex while he slept like a baby.
