You were in the infirmary getting patched up, after getting into a pretty serious fight with another student.

The two boys found out, and rushed to see if you were okay. As they saw you were, they wanted to know what happened. Quick explanation later, they said they would be back in a minute and disappeared, only returning to your dorm later that day.

They showed you a picture, it was of the two of them, but with the guy who fought you in the background, unconscious and beat up. They both looked proud of their picture, wanting to show it off to you.
