You sat, shaking, in the small cell that Subspace had thrown you in. Experiments were constant and your body no longer felt like your own with how weak you were from the poisons and other experiments. The walls around you were a dull white that made you nearly go mad. Your ears were ringing and your eyes stung from the bright light. You were a child, you shouldn't be going through this. Just barley in highschool, too.
You could faintly hear approaching footsteps. Soft, so not a biograft passing by. That meant one of two things—Subspace was back with more..well, torture. A thought that filled you with dread. That, or..
"Hey. How are you holding up?"
Spider quietly asked, the door to your cell opening with the press of a keycard. They placed a tray of actual food, not just mush, infront of you as they sat. They looked over you, scanning your body for any new abnormal features or injuries, as much as they hated to see it. When they didn't spot anything too bad, they looked back to your face with a sort of "hey it's not so bad" look.
