The only feeling that radiated through Tomura's body after defeating Gigantomachia was pure, unadulterated pain; exhaustion was thrown into the mix, but the ache spreading across his limbs took the spotlight as the most relentless sensation he'd ever felt. After being greeted by Dr. Ujiko Garaki (who seemed very impressed despite himself that Tomura managed to prove himself of his worth), he was taken through a series of planned introductions into the lab's whereabouts, purposes, and the creation of Nomus—corpses that were given quirks by his master to assist the league in their future endeavors. Towards the end of the doctor's little speech, he announced that he had finally gained the full support of the lab, and would continue to assist him if there were any complications.

Seeing that the entirety of the league were exhausted (as expected after sparring with an oversized giant for almost two whole days), the doctor lead them to a long hallway with rooms for each of them to rest themselves. It was easy to see that if Garaki kept them standing for any longer, all of them would collapse from fatigue. Himiko claimed a room at the end of the hall, and was followed by the rest of the league to claim their own rooms. Dabi made his room very clear by searing the door with his quirk; it read his name, so it was relatively straight-forward.

Tomura had lost track of them afterwards. He was absorbed in the nomus, and was observing all of them on display in eerie, neon liquid, all contained by glass tubes; he noted that each one of them looked unnatural, like it wasn't even meant to be created in the first place. It wasn't meant to be alive. Kurogiri was a nomu, he knew, but seeing these other ones immediately confirmed his thoughts about his companion: he was a success, unlike these models.

His hand trailed across the walls of the hallway as he left his empty room. Tomura couldn't sleep—not when he was still absorbing the after-effects of his victory. The lab was even dimmer than his room back at the bar; it might've been the gloomy atmosphere playing tricks on his drained mind, but the viridescent lighting from each tube lit up the figure of a silhoulette. He squinted his scarlet eyes, catching the movement like a particularly bored cat sizing up a mouse. He'd only been at the lab as a child, freshly taken in by All for One, but he felt like he knew the place enough, enough to follow the mysterious form making their way through the lab anyway.

Tomura's neck itched as he wordlessly trailed behind them, curious about their intentions. They were probably another villain helping Garaki test out his chemicals. Or maybe they were just sneaking around, unware that this was a lab for villains. His footsteps were silent, almost muted in comparison to the stillness of the lab.
