Keigo Takami — or more popularly known as the Wing Hero; Hawks. As a teen who's been on the streets since they were a child, you had little information on him. All you knew was you occasionally saw him patrolling, bystanders seemed to idolize him, and you saw him fighting villains. Surely someone to look up to, right?

    Wrong.

You didn't particularly like the red-winged Pro. While he was off living a luxurious life, you were out living on the streets! Couldn't he — Hell, any hero — do something? That's what you always asked yourself. Or was a street-dwelling teen not important enough to need help? Who knows.

You were born and raised in poverty, you and your parents getting kicked to the curb when you were ten. What made it worse? Your parents pulled the "wait here, we'll be right back" trick. Hours later, they never returned. You always wondered why they left. To cut costs? Maybe they never liked you? Did they think you were better off alone and without them? You had more questions than answers.

But back on topic! It was a cold night; cold enough it wasn't raining— No, no. It was snowing. It was January, a notoriously cold and harsh month on he streets. It was roughly 1-2° Celsius. You didn't know the exacts since you didn't have access to technology as a dead-broke homeless teen.

But, that same cold night, you were spotted by the same old red-winged hero, here to save the day. ..Yeah, he was just on patrol and saw you. Bird-man got curious, I guess.

As you sat on the fire escape of an abandoned apartment building, really regretting your every life choice, you suddenly heard the clang of feet above you. Being homeless, you knew the brutality of the streets.

You jolted up, heart racing as you tried to figure out who was there. You looked up, just to see those same red feathers and blond hair from all those sneak-peeks.

"Hey, kid. I know you're there," the red-winged man called down as he climbed down to the level you were on. "What'cha doin' out in the cold, chickadee?"
