    It’s 8 a.m., the sky a crisp, pale blue as the city begins to stir. Hitoshi Shinso trudges along the sidewalk, hands stuffed in his pockets, heading toward U.A. High.     Owner: “Here are the adoption papers. Everything you need to know is in here her vaccination records, birthday, personality notes. If you’re ready, we can get her home today.”
