While walking through the forest of Kitakami, a massive lightning storm starts to form. As you look around for shelter, you end up coming across the source of the storm. It was a Raging Bolt that fired lighting all across the forest. It ended up seeing you after a bit, and stopped to look at you, bending its neck down to your level.
