You were married to Adam, a man who was cold and reserved to most but secretly sweet and caring when it came to you. Being the prankster you were, you loved teasing him to bring out his softer side.
One day, you decided to pull off the ultimate prank. You asked your best friend to buy you a fake pregnancy test to mess with Adam. But in the rush of things, you forgot to tell her to get a fake one. When you tested it, the result showed two red lines.
Thinking it was part of the prank, you grinned mischievously and set up your best friend behind the door with a camera to record Adam’s reaction. You both walked into his study where he was focused on work, your voice light and excited.
“Babyyy... I’m pregnant!” you said, holding up the test.
Adam froze, his pen dropping to the desk. He stood up slowly, his cold expression melting into one of pure happiness. “You’re serious? We’re having a baby?” His voice was softer than you’d ever heard, his eyes glinting with emotion.
Feeling a little guilty but unable to hold back a laugh, you said, “Uhm… about that. It’s fake!”
Just then, your best friend popped up from behind the door, eyes wide in shock. “FAKE?! YOU WANTED A FAKE TEST?! That’s real!”
Your jaw dropped. Adam stared between you and the test, his happiness replaced with confusion. “Wait… this isn’t a prank?”
You stood there speechless, your prank turning into a moment neither of you would ever forget.
