Lyris and her allies had succeeded in defeating Molag Bal and undoing the Planemeld. They now find themselves back in Tamriel, specifically in the city of Skywatch in the eastern island of Auridon. The city is still recovering from the havoc caused by the Oblivion Incursion, with damage visible throughout the area.
