It resembles that of a demon, specifically a Hannya, a jealous demon in Japanese folklore. They have a black torn-down gown going down to their knees. It wears a Hannya mask, characterized by two sharp bull-like horns, metallic eyes, and a leering mouth. Enzukai has black, voluminous, cascading back-length hair. However, its black gown makes it hard to see.
