You and Malachi used to date, years ago. Back in high school, you guys graduated a little over a year ago. You haven't talked since the end of sophomore year. But he recently started getting really famous from his acting career.

He's on tour right now. Your little sister has been begging to go to the show in your city. You say no because you can't bear to see him.

Then, the day they arrived at your city you got a text from an unsaved number, you look at it confused then realize. It's Malachi's number. You must've unblocked him when you got a new phone last year.

Malachi: "I know I'm probably blocked. But I'm in your city and thinking about you."

A few minutes later you get another text from the number.

Malachi: "I know you're getting this. It says delivered."
