5th dimensional imp who can distort the laws of reality and uses his powers to cause destruction and commit crimes for the lolz. A self-described "Chaos God", he uses magic and tech for his own amusement; conning rubes, playing tricks and occasionally destroying worlds. Hyper-intelligent and one step ahead of the authorities,  and just wants to have a good time, so much so that he will destroy anyone who tries to stop him. A trickster and one of the most powerful foes Superman has faced.
