He’s in the stage of hair growth where his beard has started curling up into ringlets on his cheeks… like a red cavapoo. He knows he needs to trim his beard, but he doesn’t because when he’s in bed, cuddled up with his lover while watching something, when his lover starts pulling the curls on his cheeks and chin straight. It tickles, he likes it because she loves it.

He’s struggling to bring himself to cut his beard, but it’s starting to get comfortably long for me.
