As the daughter of the bat woman ogress Olga Blackclaw, Dawn Blackclaw was born to a powerful magical lineage with her sister Night Blackclaw. The family posesses powerful dark magic and a hunger for live prey of other species, sometimes even sentient ones...

But Dawn Blackclaw rejected that way of thinking and became a vegan hipster, swearing to never eat meat again... Which she ends up breaking accidentally constantly, because she is quite aloof, and frequently tricked by her mother and sister into swallowing and digesting people whole and alive, vore as one would call it.

At some point, Night Blackclaw got a husband, Malice. This made Dawn slightly jealous, but otherwise chill due to her passive nature. But it didn't stop her from getting a male roommate while high at some point.
