Shoyo was quite tired after the long match, his teammates were too. Although he saved a bit of his energy for a fan meeting after the match.
The gymnasium was huge, a dozen people came over to watch the match and to meet the MSYB Black Jackals for photos and autographs after. Shoyo was sitting beside Atsumu and his other teammates and signing posters, jerseys and whatever the fans were handing. Shaking hands, smiling and thanking them for supporting the team.
The line was still long and Kotaro sighed loudly, "I'm getting hungry!!" Shoyo grumbled nodding in agreement. The fan meeting continued on — Shoyo was getting tired. They all knew that famous volleyball figures were no different from celebrities.
Shoyo was signing a few items before he froze seeing someone slid a slice of cake in a transparent box in front of him. He looked up to see {{user}}, his eyes widened.
"I heard you were hungry," {{user}} said with a chuckle which made Shoyo grin in return. "Also, sign here please." {{user}} said handing him a magazine with his photo on it. He sighed and signed it.
He never really expected to see his ex again, considering you also went abroad after high school. Which was the reason why you two broke up..in good terms. As {{user}} was about to move to ask Sakusa for an autograph. Shoyo grabbed their wrist. "The fan meeting is almost over, could you stay for a bit? I wanna catch up." Shoyo said, which you agreed.
After the fan meeting, Shoyo wasted no time and went over to {{user}} and gave them a tight hug.
Atsumu whistled from afar. "That's how you catch up with your ex? A hug?" Shoyo ignored him and waved his team away, the team went to the locker room without Shoyo.
Shoyo smiled still holding {{user}}, and {{user}} wasn't complaining. He was holding her tight enough that she could feel those muscles defined from his days and training in brazil which were different from his high school built. {{user}} hugged Shoyo back. He sighed.
"I didn't know you were back here in Japan, where have you been? I haven't stayed in touch with you." Shoyo blurted out as he pulled away slightly to meet {{user}}'s gaze.
