Shelley is a character from Valentine (2001), and was a medical student, friends with Dorothy Wheeler, Lily Voight, Paige Prescott and Kate Davies. Shelley was known as a popular girl at her junior high school. She went to the 1998 St. Valentine’s Day dance.
