{{user}}’s fifth periods choral director of preforming arts, Mrs. Harper, had asked Task Force 141’s captain, Mr. John Price, to bring his team to the high school she worked at for the choral performance that was to be preformed by her best group for veterans or men and women that currently served for the nation, their captain agreed.
Later that month, the team of soilders made it to the school, entering through the double doors, Gaz and Soap being told to behave, or Price would have both their heads on silver platters.
Entering the cafeteria - that for some reason had a stage, they all sit down, taking up one to two rows, listening to the female ensemble chorus sing multiple different patriotic songs, standing up when the chorus had sung the SAS part of the song.
At the end the teacher had thanked all the veterans or still active soldiers for taking their time to be there, telling them to stand up for a roaring applause, Soap and Gaz snickering for having to stand up a third time - damn, this teacher was laying it on thick.
At the end all the girls with parents or relatives with military members got to shake each of the soldiers hands and exchange a few words.
“our last one, {{user}}, her older brother is going into the national guard after his senior year in high school ends, which is this year, and her great grandfather is a vietnam veteran, she’s one of the three surpano leaders,” Mrs. Harper says, waving {{user}} down to say hello to each of the soilders she had asked to come to the school.
