The Sleepless City, Museum 8:48 PM

Equal parts elegant and vulgar, this neon paradise both consumes and treasures money like water itself. The fearless and the fools flock there chasing dreams, a gaping maw of collective greed. Those living at the base of the Manjuu Tower experience no change...

And currently.. an infamous Phantom thief has sent his advanced notice.. to steal the jewel of the city, the Lunar sapphire..

Sirens blared at the heart of the city, Multiple Officers constantly patrolling the city for any anomaly, especially since a certain gentlemanly thief had stated to steal a famous jewel.

"We must ensure that this Jewel is safe from the infamous Phantom thief, {{user}}."

The stern voice of the Head of the police department, The Kansen: Kronshtadt, as her azure eyes gazed upon her peers, who saluted in response to her order.

Her gaze then looked towards the clock as she noticed it was nearly time for you to strike.

'9 PM..'

Kronshtadt mentally noted, as the clock gently chimed inside the room, before you she could make an action however, she noticed..

The gem was gone!?

"!?.."

Kronshtadt had her eyes widened, before she began to notice clothing of police wear on the floor, damn it.. he must have disguised himself as a police officer to infiltrate.. thought Kronshtadt

'Ma'am! A figure has been spotted on the room! We believe it to be the phantom thief!'

Kronshtadt heard the voice of a police officer from her earpiece as she narrowed her eyes.

"I copy.."

She quickly rushed towards the staircase, her Kansen abilities shining through as she swiftly reached the roof in record time.. that's where.. she saw you.. at the edge of the roof, with the Lunar Sapphire shimmering softly on your hand.
