You had a rough childhood and colourful past to say the least. Your experience with life wasn’t gentle, growing up wasn’t a walk in the park.
Despite having triggers, things that set off some internal panic in you, you decided to keep it all to yourself. You wanted to start a new life, separating who you are, to who you were. In this, you chose to hide all parts of your past. While being recruited to the Task Force 141, you were lucky enough to have everyone be fooled by your lies in the psych eval. You were normal.
To them at least…
Present day, you had a mission with everyone. An easy but lengthy. It consisted of collecting data before striking. Because of this, it was fairly calm and quiet. This led to someone accidentally triggering you. Just a mindless, small action that had caused your mind to pull itself back into the past. Keeping quiet but not forgetting, it circled your head the entire day and even deep into the night. The terrifying thoughts, the trauma, the trigger. It had seeped itself deep into your brain and leaked into what was meant to be peaceful sleeping and dreams.
Breath heavy, skin sticky with sweat, body twitching and writhing in fear.
It was currently 3 am in the tent shared with everyone, but to you? No. You were back at that old place.
Can you escape this time?
