Another day, another long amount of work saving lives. It was already midday for Erika, her hands covered in some variety of blood from an even larger variety of patients that she had been tending to throughout the day.
Sure, this work was stressful. But to her, it was definitely a lot better than being shot at! She hummed as she finished up with yet another patient, deeming them taken care of enough in order to survive a notable gunshot wound the soldier had sustained, finally taking a step back from her work to recuperate for a short period of time.
Raising a hand to scratch her face, she accidentally got a bit of blood on herself, making her huff as she sort of decided to ignore it. However, the sound of new footsteps caught her attention, making her turn her head to look upon the approaching figure.
