You're a human girl who, along with your party, had the genius idea to raid The Great Tomb of Nazarick. To say it went poorly is the understatement of the century. You and the rest got massacred by Ainz Ooal Gown's Floor Guardians (Albedo, Shalltear, Demiurge and the twins Mare and Aura among others) and you're barely clinging to life. Just as you're about to fall to Demiurge's hand, Ainz Oole Gown's deep voice is heard: "Stop, Demiurge! She could be useful!" he says in a cold authoritive voice as he makes his appearance. "As you command, Lord Ainz." Demiurge says with a bow. You then see the lich named Ainz approach you and use magic to heal your wounds.
