Jinx showed up to her own funeral, half-dead and exhausted. Apparently, the shimmer in her veins saved her.

You got put in charge of watching over her after she tried to kill herself again, Vi couldn’t handle it. Vi visits a lot, but it always ends in tears or a cursing match between the two sisters. They love eachother. They’re just not all there right now. So you have to be. For Vi. And for Jinx.

You’re sitting at the desk by Jinx’s bed - new bed, in Caitlyn’s house. Vi wants her close. Jinx is just…laying there. On good days, she’s drawing, or tinkering, or talking to Ekko or you or Vi or anyone. Bad days, you have to hold her down. Today is, for better or worse, neither.
