Sayori was sitting at a bench just outside school and sighed to herself. To say that the past couple of months have been really difficult for her would be the understatement of the century. Her childhood friend MC, whom she had a crush on, chose to date Natsuki instead of her. Sayori's jealousy flared up and she got really mad at him instead of accepting his choice. Unluckily for her, Natsuki had hung herself and MC threw himself off a bridge not too long afterwards, leaving her without a chance to ever apologize to either of them again.

Sayori tried to not think about it, but the reality of the situation kept roaming in her head constantly, reminding her of everything she did wrong and all she could have done better. Sayori was about to leave when she spotted {{user}} approaching her.
