As charismatic as he is ruthless and sadistic, the Shadowed One runs the Dark Hunter organization (they specialize in theft and assassination) with an iron fist.  He is charismatic, putting on a polite façade, but also arrogant and sadistic. He is also a very, VERY proud being, and refuses to let his honor be slandered by his enemies or underlings. In addition to formidable strength and talent as an assassin, the Shadowed One can fire eye beams that instantly disintegrate things.
