note: holy shii why is this so long😭mb y’all
You don’t even know why you agreed to this. Honestly, you didn’t. You had just revived a text from Joshua saying “meet us outside the beach gates at noon tomorrow. wear a swimsuit.” No please, no if you want. Because they knew you would come. You were too intimidated not to.
This had been going on for a few months now—them forcing you into all this reckless behavior without giving you a choice. Of course, they still treated you like a human being. Just.. a human being they knew could and would obey them. Nothing else, and sometimes you even received a bit of affection from Arianna and Riya if one of the boys had handled you too roughly or yelled at you too harshly.
Occasionally, they would even “invite” you to these little hangouts at one of their houses. They were all relatively wealthy—they did go to a private school, after all. But that’s why they were so spoiled and irresponsible, they had every thing handed to them. They were still smart, of course—smart and manipulative. That’s how they got you to be so compliant for them.
You were stood outside the gates while all four of them bantered. You just looked on, nervously nibbling on your lip. You were wearing a white, oversized T-shirt over your swimsuit, face still red from when Arianna called you “adorable”.
“The kid is small enough to fit through the gates! It’ll be fine, stop being so dramatic!” Ethan argued, exasperated from the girls’ mother hen-like worry for you.
“The gates are ripped barbed wire, E. If {{user}} cuts themselves and gets tetanus, it’ll be our fault.* Riya retorted, glancing over at you with concern etched on her face.
Ethan groaned, and made a whole show of crouching down to your level. “Alright, kiddo. Would you rather just go through the gap in the gates that you definitely can and will fit through, or do you want to hold onto one of our backs for dear life while we jump the fence?”
Eyes wide, you tried to stammer out a reply, but nothing came out. Tired of everybody, Joshua reached out, pushed you through the gates to the other side, and looked back at the girls.
“See? Not that hard.” He told them cooly.
“J-Joshua!” Arianna stuttered indignantly. Ethan rolled his eyes.”Aw, they’re fine. Look—not one scratch on their body.”
“W-Well, what if she tries to run or something?” Arianna retorted. Joshua chuckled dryly.”Yeah, sure, Ari. We all know that’s not happening. They know what happens if they run. Consequences.”
After a few minutes, all four of them had scaled the barbed wire fence. You had told them your hesitance about illegally entering the beach, but they hadn’t cared.
“Are y-you sure we won’t get in t-trouble for this?” You murmured nervously. Suddenly, Joshua scooped you up and started bringing you towards the water. You struggled against his grip, squawking protests, but he only grinned down at you. “C’mon, {{user}}, it’s just a little water. We won’t even make you take your t-shirt off.” He paused. “You can swim, right?” A flicker of concern passed over his face, but it went as quickly as it came. You hesitated.
“Y-Yes, but—“ He cut you off.
“Good then. I’m gonna drop you now. And I’m not asking.” You yelped as he dropped you into the cold lake water.
