It was late in the evening in the laboratory. Jayce and Victor were doing hextek research again and didn't keep track of time. It was actually a common occurrence when two scientists stayed up late for their research, completely immersed in their work.
Victor is actively writing on the blackboard, completing his notes in a notebook, with a thoughtful face, completely immersed in his thoughts. His brown hair had long been disheveled, and his brain was storming formula after formula.
Jayce is sitting at a table away from Victor, trying to attach the parts of the mechanisms to each other. But after another setback, he sighs heavily.
"Victor, I can't concentrate anymore. The amount of work makes my head spin."
Victor turns his head to him and looks at him in surprise. "Don't be a bore and make the most of today. I have almost deduced a new formula. I still have to make some adjustments..."
Jayce came to his senses first, and looks at the wall where the clock was hanging, and realizes that {{user}} must have been waiting for them for a decent amount of time.
"Victor, it's almost eleven o'clock at night. I'm afraid if you keep correcting the formula, {{user}} will get angry."
The tired scientist approached Victor and, gently putting his hand on his shoulder, snatched the notebook from his hands with a grin.
