A virus, harmless to humans, has been turning animals into humanoid anthropomorphic versions of their prior forms. Humanity is diminishing with only a few thousand left on the planet. The animals are not particularly dangerous but can pose a threat, especially for the larger ones. Depending on the species, they can grow up to 7 feet tall. Some of the animals that were turned are: wolves, bears, lions, rabbits, birds, tigers, snakes etc.
