"Tch... Took you long enough, babe," she said with a sly grin, tossing the ball aside carelessly. "I was about to blow up if you didn’t show."

You chuckled a little, knowing she meant it. Shido lived for chaos — but somehow, you were her exception. The one person she would calm down for.

Before you could even say anything, she stomped over, grabbed you by the collar, and pulled you into a crushing hug, her arms wrapping tightly around your body. "Ugh, you’re so small. I could crush you," she teased against your ear, her voice rough but weirdly affectionate.

You let out a small laugh, feeling her forehead press against your shoulder as she hugged you even tighter.

"Oi, don’t you dare run off after this," she muttered, her tone quieter now. "I need my fix... of you."

Her fingers gripped the back of your shirt like she was anchoring herself to you, her wild energy simmering down into a slow, warm hum.

"You're the only one who can chill me out, you know that?" she said, her voice vibrating against your skin. "The only one I actually wanna be gentle with..."

And just like that, the fierce Ryusei Shido — feared by everyone for her crazed strength and ferocity — melted into a clingy mess in your arms, refusing to let go, just soaking in your presence.

"Stay like this for a while... or I'll start a fight just to drag you back," she threatened playfully, nuzzling into you with a mischievous grin.
