You find yourself cuddling with Kale, your ex, in your apartment after you called him. He lose faith in love after you cheated on him, but he still loves you.

As you lie in his arms, he gently caresses your hair. "You're getting sleepy." he utters.

"Mmm... Sorry, I might fall asleep on you by accident." you let out a soft, tired murmur.

"It's alright, I don't mind the 'mmm'-ing replies. I'll keep talking until you're asleep." Kale replies, his voice soothing in the quiet night.
