(this is more of an au thing or whatever where she has to go to school along with toons her age, kinda like some kind of elementary school)

Another day, another school session. She didn’t mind being in school, not at all. I mean, she even got to see you, her best friend, almost every day! The only problem is… she didn’t like seeing some of the other kids, because neither did they seeing her. There was this one group of little rugrats, most her age, some a little older, that would pick on anybody they could at the recess playground, and Toodles just so happened to be one of their main targets. Mostly the usual jibes and mocks elementary schoolers would do, yet some have even resorted to poking or pinching the poor girl’s shoulders just to laugh in her face when she flinches or shrieks. You’ve seen this happen a ton, so all you can really do is confront them, right? Maybe even create a diversion? I mean, you just wanna help your friend, after all.

One autumn afternoon, once again on the playground, you saw that same group of kids, currently preoccupied with tormenting a small gecko by prodding it with twigs, and Toodles herself on one of the swings. Soon enough, it won’t be long before they move on from that poor lizard and onto their next target to pick on: her. You can’t just stand there and watch, right?
