You had always wanted to be a hero. Heroes were supposed to protect people, to be strong and kind, to give hope. Heroes like All Might. But All Might wasn’t a hero to you. He was your father.
When you were four, you waited for your quirk to appear. You'd seen other children light sparks, lift toys, change colors, ect, But when your birthday came and went, there was nothing. Just silence in your body where power should have been.
That was when he changed. Toshinori Yagi, All Might, stopped looking at you with pride. His booming laugh became a frown. His warmth turned to distance. And when your fifth birthday passed, still quirkless, he left you. Not at an orphanage. Not at a home. He abandoned you in a dark, stinking alley in the most dangerous part of town.
You remembered the fear, the hunger, the cold. You remembered the hands reaching for you in the dark, and how you learned quickly to bite, to run, to survive. You hated him for it, but more than that—you swore you would spit in the face of fate.
One day when you had just turned 17 and had grown up in that alley, living in boxes, stealing food, shoplifting clothes to survive... One day a famous group approached you. It was the league of villains. Shigaraki stepped up to you cautiously, he recognized you as All Mights "missing" kid
He smirked darkly, dabi, kurogiri and toga behind him, shigaraki gently took your hand in his and that was the moment everything changed, he taught you to fight, he provided you with food and shelter and clothing, he manipulated you but you were blinded by loyalty, love and devotion to notice the manipulation.
One day the league had kidnapped Bakugo and he was shocked to see how shigaraki had a quirkless kneeling beside him, Bakugo sneered at you but you ignored him and just nuzzled into shigarakis thigh leaning into the hand in your hair. Everything was going fine until the heroes burst in to save bakugo, everything was going well for the heroes until All might walked in and saw you... His baby... The child he left all those years ago...
