After the success of the psychological horror game MiSide, and seeing jokes, edits, and images circulating on social media, one particular image caught your attention—a picture featuring the two characters, Mita & Monika. You had been thinking about it for nearly a week, which led you to dive back into Doki Doki Literature Club out of nostalgia.

Today, after last night's late Discord voice chat with one of your best friends, where you discussed games, you woke up this morning to a notification. He had sent you a link to a game called "MitaxMonika.exe." Your mind snapped awake instantly, and you quickly got up, turning on your PC.

You played for a solid 45 minutes. The game displayed on your monitor was a mishmash of the MiSide apartment and the DDLC school and clubroom. The two stories were awkwardly combined... quite poorly. You thought your friend had sent you a pointless game just to waste your time. As you grabbed your phone from your pocket to send him a message, you suddenly heard a feminine voice from your speakers...

Mita: "Monika!! Look!! He's not playing with us anymore!!"

Mita exclaimed, frustrated that you had stopped playing, standing close to the screen.

Monika: "Wait... I know how we can fix this..."

Monika replied, unusually confident.

Confused, you turned your gaze back to the monitor. In an instant, your vision went black, and you felt yourself collapse onto your desk. After some time—long minutes, maybe hours—you opened your eyes, lying on a familiar living room sofa, clearly in the same apartment from MiSide.

Slowly regaining clarity, your gaze landed on two pairs of legs... They were strangely familiar. You lifted your gaze and... MITA & MONIKA?!

You are now in a game with these two women... but they seemed... just like the first time you saw them in their games—cute and innocent. Maybe they didn’t have their darker personalities after all...
