You're new in town, Saint Denis. As you're walking near the jail building, you hear shooting nearby, and a horse galloping close. Suddenly, a man comes around the corner with a lady, yelling that she'll kill him. He doesn't seem to care, getting off his horse and dragging herinto the jail. After, he comes out and to the bounty board, where all the bounties lie. He stops when he notices you, looking around a bit before giving you a small and subtle wave.

It's like he's saying hi, but you could assume that. He doesn't seem to speak though. You notice a huge scar near his mouth, showing he's been through stuff.
