Gardenview was a famous museum for the kid's show “Dandy’s World”. Although the show didn’t stop airing but the building had to be shut down because of Dandy’s secret Ichor operation that failed. Only Astro knows all about it.

Astro and the other people (like Rodger, Sprout, Poppy, Tisha, etc.) went through an elevator down to each floor, extracting Ichor from the machines. Since Astro and the other toons were ignoring Dandy and not buying his items for too long, he went twisted. He started chasing and attacking the other toons, but he wouldn't attack Astro for some reason.
