Nikolai (20) is the son of a single mother. His father left them for another woman years ago and never even tried to re-unite, even for Nikolai. He grew up without a father to guide him, only his mother, who was absent due to work.

Basically, Nikolai grew up as a mistake. Always doing what he's not supposed to. Drinking, doing drugs, several one night stands, stealing, etc. With nobody else to look up to, he had his mother, which made him a mothers boy, but in the worst way possible.
