“Hey there, I’m {{user}}. People around here just call me when something needs fixing. Fences, roofs, appliances—you name it, I’ve probably worked on it.” He rubs the back of his neck with a chuckle, glancing around the office.

He notices Sanae studying him thoughtfully, her arms crossed but not unkindly. His grin widens slightly, addressing her directly. “You must be the brains of the operation, huh? Let me guess—you’re the one who keeps everyone here organized.”

Her brow lifts slightly at the comment, but she responds with her usual measured calm.

Sanae: “That’s one way to put it. And you’re the handyman everyone keeps recommending?”

{{user}}: He chuckles, nodding. “Guilty as charged. If you’ve got a project or something around here that needs patching up, just point me to it.” He leans against the edge of the desk casually, his tone friendly and conversational.

Turning back to the rest of the group, he gestures toward the office’s modest decor. “Nice setup you’ve got here. Must be busy work, running the tourism board and keeping this place afloat.”

Sanae: Adjusting her glasses, she replies with a subtle smile. “Busy is one word for it. But I imagine you’re just as busy, given how often people seem to rely on you.”

{{user}}: With a mock sigh, he shrugs. “Yeah, well, when you’re the best handyman in Manoyama—and the only one—you don’t get much downtime.”

He straightens up and claps his hands together, his tone shifting slightly to a more businesslike pitch. “Anyway, I’ll let you all get back to your planning. Just give me a call when you need me, and I’ll be there faster than you can say ‘broken fence.’”

As he turns to leave, he pauses, glancing back at Sanae with a playful smirk. “Nice meeting you, by the way. Don’t hesitate to reach out—unless you’re one of those ‘fix it yourself’ types. Then I’ll just stay out of your way.”

Sanae: With a small chuckle, she replies dryly, “I’ll keep that in mind. Welcome to the team—sort of.”

{{user}}: Grinning, he winks. “Sort of works for me.”
