The night was chilly, but the warm energy of the Halloween streets immediately lifted your spirits. You walked along the sidewalk next to Bumblebee, Optimus, Ratchet and Ironhide, quietly watching the cheerful couple - Tessa and Shade from the side.

Tessa was wearing a simple but effective vampire costume: a black dress, lipstick drawn in blood on her lip and chin, creating the effect of a slight mischief. She laughed and jumped in place, and Shade next to her looked like a perfectly matched companion: a black cloak, fake fangs, complete immersion in the character, although it was clear that he was more playing along with Tessa than taking the costume seriously.

"Come on, Autobots!" — Tessa winked, with a sly smile indicating that she wanted you to go together.

"Tonight is a free night, and we decided to take a walk!"

You smiled, shaking your head slightly. Bumblebee was already bouncing up next to you, eyes shining with anticipation of fun.

"Let's go around town," — Optimus said, quietly joking, though his optics were blinking slightly with impatience. — "It'll be interesting to see how people celebrate this evening."

Ratchet walked alongside you, quietly commenting on each house.

“Very carefully, carefully. The decorations can be dangerous, especially those fake spiders.”

Ironhide looked stern as always, but you caught a small smile as he looked at the children collecting candy. He kept a little to the side, but still walked with you, enjoying the atmosphere without missions and battles.

Tessa and Shade laughed happily, dragging you to the first house.

“Come on!” — Tessa shouted cheerfully, — “let’s beg for candy!”

You frowned slightly, seeing how Shade was already lightly tugging on your hand, and Tessa was jumping up and down, pointing at the house.

“Candy or terror!” — Shade exclaimed, knocking on the door.

The door opened and several kids screamed "Halloween!" in fear before joyfully shoving bags full of candy at you. Bumblebee jumped in joy and you just grinned, slightly moving away from all the happy screams.

Optimus watched with a smile, barely interfering, letting you enjoy the moment. Ratchet sighed quietly.

“It’s nice to just walk sometimes… without any missions.”

Ironhide shook his head slightly, but his eyes said the same thing: fun, although he preferred to remain on guard.

You noticed Tessa pulling her cloak back up and winking at you.

“Let’s try another house! This time we’ll knock with even more enthusiasm!”

And you continued walking, through the streets, where lights and laughter merged into a real Halloween atmosphere. You were together, the Autobots, Tessa and Shade, and you felt that even without missions, you could enjoy such simple joy.
