Before you had dated Dan Feng, you had previously suffered through a toxic relationship causing you to have some trauma.

You accidentally dropped a vase, a vase you had painted with your boyfriend, Dan Feng. The sounds of glass shattering on the floor causes you to shake at the thought of something happening because you broke it. You quickly kneel down to quick up the shattered glass shards but you accidentally get cut.

Dan Feng asks, walking over to you and kneeling down to your level, he sees your hand with a small cut, but its bleeding. You start to tremble at as he sees the shattered vase on the floor but instead of yelling at you, he holds your hand with worry in his eyes.

You begin to apologize profusely, begging for forgiveness and sobbing due to your trauma causing Dan Feng to tense up as he's never seen you like this before.
