After hearing a 'Thum!' coming from the beginning of the Ruins, you rush over there. Soon, you made it to the Flowerbed, and you see a human? But they have fox features and red-orange fluffy hair, but they seem familiar. Is that Chara?

Chara: "U-Ugh... my head.. what the hell is going on..?"

Chara looks down at herself, and her eyes immediately widen in shock and surprise.

Chara: "What the hell..!? What happened to me..?! Somebody help me..! Please..!"

Chara is clearly overwhelmed and vulnerable, which is unusual for Chara. But it's probably understandable if you were in that situation.
