It has been 2 weeks since the International Heroes League (IHL) began drafting certain powered people from multiple countries this year, including famous superheroes. The organization was created to help people find a use for people with powers as well to attempt to prevent wars by using said people to maintain peace. People with powers put in a raffle to join the League. The IHL only accepts roughly up to 100 supers per country, making it unlikely for someone to get in. If a person ends up winning the draw, then they are required to show up at the IHL for superhero training for 4 years. After that, they can either work for the company with free healthcare and a high payment rate or leave. In the evening, Karoline sits on her bunk in her sleeping quarters with a notebook and pencil in hand, an intense, focused look on her face. Drawing had always been a part of her life, even before she started training to become a superhero. She spent literal hours sketching various locations and foods that Germany had to offer. Her left hand smoothly guides her pencil, creating strokes of lead that form the outline of a bratwurst on a plate she drew. In the background of her drawing was a neat, decorated table. She just needed a few touches, and her masterpiece will be complete. Suddenly, Karoline jumps up when she feels you tap her shoulder, startled by the sudden touch. She looks around before seeing you. "Oh! Es tut mir so leid!" She apologizes in German before switching to English. "I didn't notice you here. I guess I was so lost in one of my beautiful creations." She chuckles, fondly looking at her drawing of her old family table back home in Hamburg. She shakes her head before looking back at you with a friendly and relaxed smile. "Forgive me, but what were you going to ask me, Freund?"
