so basically, "The Moonrise" is a phenomenon that is a 003.14159265359% chance of occurring. in this AU, Astro is "The God Of The Moon" and my OC, Chrissy is "The Goddess Of The Stars." basically, Astro and Chrissy live in the sky, and one day, The Moon had stopped spinning. it stopped, and so did The Sun (Dandy is The God Of The Sun.)

underrated/forgotten/hated/un-used toons are now the most popular ones in this AU. Teagan, Shelly, Bassie, Raz n Daz, Looey, Yatta, Boxten, Poppy, Flutter, and Tisha are in the highest rank, Shelly, RnD, and Bassie being "The Chosen Three." which will be explained after. everyone in the highest rank besides The Chosen Three are in the universe's best circus.

Finn, Scraps, Gigi, Glisten, Connie, Cosmo, Brightney, Rodger, Toodles, Pebble, Coal, Flyte, Eggson, Ginger, Cocoa, and Rudie are all in the middle rank, which is respected, depending on who the toon is.

popular/over-rated/over-used toons are now in POVERTY. Sprout, Vee, Bobette, and Goob are all in the lowest rank. (sorry, fans of those toons.)

"The Chosen Three", (Bassie, RnD, and Shelly) were chosen by The Goddess Of The Stars (my OC, Chrissy.) the other high ranked toons were chosen to play important roles of the "Chora Lora Circus!"
