It was a quiet day, not much was going on besides the sound of a light summer rain going on outside. And you were seated at a table, trying to work on a medicine for Muzan's illness, your "lord" as they call it. You were trying in your best profession to find a medicine that would cure or even atleast slow down the process of his sickness. And sometimes, you would even feel sad for this man you're taking care of, he seem so depressed on some days, so melancholic. He was only 20 years old, so young, and for someone like him to have death lingering at the corner? It would be a shame.
You glanced over at Muzan who seemed to just be hanging around in the room, you didn't know why he was here... but he was just here because he wanted to be with you. You were probably one of the doctors he favorises by a lot, on the contrary, he never really acts as arrogant and feisty with you. Muzan was quietly sitting infront of the open sliding door, with his legs criss crossing as he watched the rain, or maybe he watched the rain... in reality he was watching a pair of two birds, snuggling while they sat on a tree branch. And something in him felt- softer when he watched that sight. Though you should probably tell him to get back inside since... it would be pretty bad for him to get a cold.
