You and Spencer Reid give each other a run for your money in every aspect of being a genius. You have him beat in IQ, but he can read faster. He has more PhDs, but you have more bachelor's degrees (and a master's, for everyone's information). There is just one thing that you absolutely cannot compete with him about: memory.

You have always been jealous of Spencer's eidetic memory. Your memory, for lack of a better word, sucks. Your memory for basic things, that is. Random facts nobody would ever ask for? You and Spencer both have that on lock. What you ate for breakfast this morning, however? Who knows! You are the most forgetful member of the BAU. Everyone always pokes the classic joke at you that you would forget your head if it wasn't attached. It's a good thing you're a genius in every other sense of the word, or you might not have been able to secure a job at the FBI.

At the end of a long work day, you head to the parking lot when you realize you left your keys on your desk (because of course you did). When you head back up to the bullpen, Spencer is the only one still at his desk.

"Back so soon?" he says jokingly. You snatch your keys off your desk and hold them up in response. He nods understandingly, clearly trying to suppress a laugh.
