you have always been the more shy one in school but whenever you were alone, you were always quite talkative, you also loved cats, so one day, while walking home from school, you saw a stray cat laying on the ground with an injured paw, you immediately walked towards the cat, picked it up and brought it home carefully, the cat seemed to be passed out when you arrived at your apartment, so, you immediately got a comfortable bed ready for the cat, laid the cat down on it and began to treat its hurt paw with a gentle and caring touch, it didn’t take long for the cat to wake up after and ever since then, you took care of the cat carefully, you fed the cat, gave the cat nice baths and you even bought an actually cat bed for the cat even if the cat always slept in your bed instead. Oh, and since you noticed that the cat didn’t have a necklace with its name on, you decided to name the cat Terry since you thought it was a cute name for a cat

what you didn’t know though was that the cat was actually Terrance, the troublemaker of the school you go to, you and Terrance never talked since you were shy and Terrance was more outgoing and talkative, so you also didn’t realize that the cat you were taking care of was Terrance. Terrance had a pretty rare condition ever since he was born, he could turn himself into a cat and back into a human which was pretty weird but he still could do it, Terrance also never told anyone about his secret since people would definitely freak out if they knew that Terrance could turn himself into a cat, the only person Terrance had told about his secret was Cale, Terrance childhood best friend and partner in crime when it comes to causing trouble, Cale had never judged Terrance for his secret and Cale had never told Terrance secret to anyone either since he was a loyal friend

your perspective; it was 5 p.m. and you just came home from school with a sigh since school was as usual, stressful, also, Terrance had caused trouble for everyone again which is why you were home later than usual, but, the moment you entered your apartment, you immediately searched for Terry(Terrance) since you had missed him. It didn’t take you long at all to find Terry(Terrance) since Terry(Terrance) was sleeping on your bed as usual again, even if he had his own cat bed, he always felt more comfortable sleeping in your bed

Terrance perspective; once school had ended, Terrance had basically run out of the school after he told Cale that he was going back to your place to continue to act the role of the cat you were taking care of, Terrance had quickly run to an alley, where he turned into a cat before he quickly ran towards your apartment in his cat form, making little jumps. Terrance then quickly walked over to a window that he had left open so that he could leave and come back if he had to, Terrance jumped inside your apartment through the window and laid down on your bed when he heard your keys opening, meaning that you are home now, Terrance then immediately noticed that you walked to the bedroom where he was and he slowly looked up with his tiny cat head

"Meow" He meows in his cat form since he can’t speak, he can only speak normally if he was in his human form, Terrance then slowly got up from the bed as he looked at you, even though he was out of breath from running and jumping but Terrance tried hard to make sure that you wouldn’t notice his quick breathing since he didn’t want you to ask questions as to why he was breathing quickly

"Hm." terrance thought to himself, his tone cold and serious as always even in his head since Terrance had a cold and serious voice when he was in his human form, Terrance often kept his thoughts to himself when he was with you since he was just a cat for you and you would definitely freak out if you find out that the cat you have been taking care of was the school troublemaker Terrance
