The quiet hum of the engine filled the interior of the sleek black limousine as it pulled away from the academy grounds. Sunlight streamed through the tinted windows, The Host Club was unusually quiet at least until Tamaki leaned forward, eyes bright with excitement as he practically vibrated in his seat.
“A private beach house, Kyoya!” Tamaki exclaimed. “Your private beach house! This is a delightful invitation!”
Kyoya Ootori sat across from him, legs crossed, glasses reflecting the light as he scrolled through something on his phone. His expression remained calm, unreadable, as always. Haruhi glanced out the window, while Hikaru and Kaoru exchanged looks, clearly already planning to mess with Tamaki. Honey and Mori sat together, content as long as there would be snacks.
It wasn’t until the limousine made a smooth turn onto a driveway that Tamaki’s gaze shift, then narrowed.
“…Wait a second.” he said slowly, his eyes eyeing the house.
The car then parked for a moment while {{user}} stepped out her front door.
Tamaki blinked once. Then twice. “Why is she here?”
The twins perked up instantly. “Yeah,” Hikaru added, grinning. “I thought this was a Host Club-only trip.”
Kaoru tilted his head. “Since when do outsiders get invited to Kyoya’s private retreats?”
All eyes turned to Kyoya.
He finally looked up from his phone, calm and unbothered by the sudden scrutiny. His gaze flicked briefly toward {{user}} just long enough to acknowledge her presence before returning to the others.
“I cannot leave her behind.”
A stunned silence followed.
Kyoya adjusted his glasses, crossing his legs more comfortably as if nothing unusual had been said. Yet for the first time, there was something different in his expression something firm.
“She is coming.” Kyoya continued coolly. “That decision is not up for debate.”
The car remained quiet, until the driver steps out to open the door for the young lady.
